Volvero by WEGO srl is a mobility startup reshaping how communities access vehicles. Through its intuitive app, volvero allows private owners and businesses to share their cars, vans, and fleets with people who need flexible mobility in their area. This approach helps owners recover the costs of owning a vehicle while giving users a more affordable, accessible, and sustainable way to move around.
As part of inVest, volvero is strengthening and scaling its solution by refining its problem statement, validating assumptions with early adopters, and designing a solid go-to-market strategy for Timinsoara in Romania and the wider EU. The company focuses on connecting underused vehicles with real mobility needs, reducing waste, easing pressure on traditional fleets, and supporting more sustainable and efficient urban environments.
The pilot in Romania will be carried out through Michelangelo Labs SRL, a dedicated subsidiary established to operate locally, ensure regulatory alignment, and collaborate closely with Romanian partners and communities. This structure allows volvero to test, adapt, and scale its mobility model in a way that is both agile and integrated with the local ecosystem.
