About the job:

Reporting directly to the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, and providing hands-on support for our on-field activities and events.

The ideal candidate is an operative professional who enjoys a mix of data analysis, creative tasks, and “on-the-ground” event execution. You will work closely with our internal team and act as a point of contact for our external digital agency to ensure all initiatives are implemented smoothly and optimized for success.

Requirements:

Experience:  

  • A min of 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in similar contexts.  
  • Proven experience in digital content creation
  • Proven expertise in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.  
  • Background in offline marketing (events, print media, grassroots strategies).  

Local Market Knowledge:

  • Understanding of the Padova region’s culture, consumer behavior, and business landscape.  
  • Ability to create tailored marketing strategies for local audiences.  

Skills:  

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite for campaign tracking.  
  • Digital content creations proficiency.
  • Experience in integrating offline and digital campaigns for cohesive multichannel strategies.  
  • Familiarity with tools for creating offline assets (Adobe InDesign, Canva) and CRM platforms.  
  • Proficient with AI tools for producing textual content, graphic assets, videos, and presentations

Soft Skills:  

  • Results-driven with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.  
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian (native) and English (professional level).  
  • Relationship-building skills for collaborating with vendors and partners.  

Bonus:  

  • Knowledge of Venetian dialects or experience in multilingual campaigns.  
Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:  

  • Research trends, demographics, and competitor strategies.  
  • Forecast market trends and manage budget allocation.

Content Creation:

  • Develop and produce visual and text-based content for various channels, maintaining high aesthetic standards and brand consistency.

Brand Visibility and Lead Generation:

  • Develop initiatives to boost brand awareness across digital channels. 
  • Create lead-generation campaigns and identify new customer bases.  

Local and Offline Marketing

  • Plan and execute promotional activities in target areas.  
  • Support offline campaigns like events, flyers, and sponsorships. 

Performance and KPIs:  

  • Track campaign performance and help achieve measurable KPIs.  
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests, and analyze results to improve strategies.

Reporting:  

  • Prepare detailed reports on consumer behavior, competitors, and campaign outcomes.  

Interact with customers in Padova:

  • You will deal and meet with end customers in Padova to support them with their customer experience.
Our offering:

The role is offered as a freelance and part-time/full-time position,  compensation to discuss with the possibility of equity compensation to be negotiated individually. Access to a company’s car for free for up to 3 days per month. Further days are heavily subsidized by us.

The starting period is: January 2026.

This role requires being based in Padua, as the team meets in person several times a week, with the option to work in a hybrid arrangement for the rest of the week.

Additionally, occasional company-funded international trips may be necessary to support the top management at events such as Web Summit, Slush, or CES.
