We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with at least 4 years of experience to work on
the development and maintenance of our cross-platform mobile app. The candidate will
be responsible for both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless
integration of new features and improvements to the user experience. The role can be
remote: flexibility is key, and you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic,
collaborative, and fast-growing startup environment and report directly to the manager
of the technical department at volvero.

● Develop, test, and deploy mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms
using Flutter and other relevant technologies
● Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code for both frontend and backend
● Ensure seamless integration of the app with our API and backend systems using
NodeJS, PostgresSQL, and other database technologies
● Integrate third-party services (payments, insurance APIs, etc.)
● Collaborate with the product and design teams to implement new features and
improve existing ones
● Optimize app performance, ensuring fast load times and a smooth user
experience and troubleshoot and debug issues to improve app performance and
reliability
● Manage cloud-based infrastructure, particularly AWS and Firebase
● Ensure the app’s compliance with data privacy laws
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute on a roadmap for
new features and improvements

● Minimum 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
● Strong proficiency in Flutter/Dart for cross-platform development
● Solid experience with NodeJS, PostgresSQL, and other backend technologies.
● Experience with Firebase for push notifications, chat, and dynamic links.
● Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integration.
● Experience with AWS or other cloud-based infrastructure.
● Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
● Experience in deploying and maintaining mobile apps on both App Store and
Google Play.
● Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or flexible working environment.
