WHAT’S NEW ON THE APP
Did you know that volvero had 4000+ downloads in 2023?
With 800 downloads last month only, we base the research and app development on the feedback of real users to improve the functionality of the app. So in the past month, we focused on user experience and the improvement of sharing process. Here is what is going to change in the app with the latest release:
• Plans can change and so does the owner may change their mind about sharing the vehicle. That’s why we enhanced the functionalities of the app for the owners. We have set up support in the cancellation process and ensured the vehicle cannot be deleted in case of a pending booking.
• The payment experience was improved.
• Since we now hold a caution amount on the card of the driver, we have updated our Terms & Conditions and clarified the process.

THE MOST RECENT UPDATES
volvero is now a resident start-up at Valletta Design Cluster. We are moving in to explore the local urban mobility ecosystem and interact with the EIT Urban Mobility RIS Hub Malta network, to expand its business and work on projects related to sustainable urban mobility.
Picked as a finalist among the participating 15 start-ups, volvero continues its journey with Impact Deal accelerator. 🚀The second stage, scheduled to kick off in September, will focus on tech and data mentorship and other valuable collaborations to advance volvero service.
