About the job
As a startup the environment is changing from day to day, so the tasks differ too. You will help our marketing team ideate and create content or any graphics required for our communication channels.
The position is offered for a period of 6 months, with a possibility of extension based on performance. The position offers a great deal of flexibility: we do not have fixed working hours and aim to help every newcomer to unlock their potential. In return we are looking for someone who is motivated, proactive and is able to work autonomously.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor/Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Design, Architecture, Marketing or a related field
- Working experience with existing portfolio
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Italian is considered as a significant advantage
- Attention to detail
- Graphic design tools (Adobe, Figma, Canva etc.)
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and current trends
- Video/animated content creation skills
- Work experience in Marketing
- Knowledge of/willingness to learn WordPress
Duties and Responsibilities
- Creation of graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and website according to the needs of the Marketing team as well as offline communication (e.g., banners, flyers etc.)
- Ideation of content with the team
- Support in website design and update
- Support in daily marketing activities (copy, social media communication, etc.)
- You may also be involved into UX/UI design processes
