With\u00a0800 downloads<\/strong><\/span> last month only, we base the research and app development on the feedback of real users to improve the functionality of the app. So in the past month, we focused on user experience and the improvement of sharing process. Here is what is going to change in the app with the latest release:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Plans can change and so does the owner may change their mind about sharing the vehicle. That’s why we enhanced the\u00a0functionalities of the app for the owners<\/strong><\/span>. We have set up support in the cancellation process and ensured the vehicle cannot be deleted in case of a pending booking.
\n\u2022 The\u00a0payment experience<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0was improved.
\n\u2022 Since we now hold a caution amount on the card of the driver, we have updated our\u00a0Terms & Conditions<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>and clarified the process.<\/p>\n
