Driver<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][toggles style=”minimal”][toggle color=”Default” title=”How do I register?”][vc_column_text]You can sign up using your Facebook profile, Google account or any email account.
\n<\/span>Once your account has been created, your identity will be verified via your mobile phone. During your first booking, we’ll guide you through the approval process: you’ll be asked for your driving license information so that we can verify your identity and eligibility to use the service. Make sure you do not enter other people’s details, otherwise, your account will be blocked and this may also lead to legal actions.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”What are the requirements to be a driver?”][vc_column_text]To become a driver you should:<\/span><\/p>\n
    \n
  • have a driving experience of at least 3 years,<\/span><\/li>\n
  • register on the app with your real identity and address (provide an ID document),<\/span><\/li>\n
  • have a driving license valid\u00a0 in Belgium,<\/span><\/li>\n
  • have a valid payment method for your booking,<\/span><\/li>\n
  • have provided a valid telephone number and email address<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”What vehicles can I rent?”][vc_column_text]At the moment you can rent cars, SUVs, motorcycles, electric scooters and bicycles. Just make sure you have a valid driving license for the chosen vehicle!<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”When do I have to pay for the booking?”][vc_column_text]You pay immediately upon the booking of the vehicle. If the owner declines the booking, you will be refunded the total amount you\u2019ve paid. If the trip duration is extended, the cost will also be recalculated and charged.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”How do I pay for the booking?”][vc_column_text]Payment for the reservation can be made exclusively by credit\/debit card that you have registered in the app.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Is my personal information shared with anyone?”][vc_column_text]Your name is visible to the owner. We do not share your personal information (such as an uploaded driving license) with owners or any other third parties. Volvero protects your personal data and uses it only to verify your profile and make sure you are eligible for driving a vehicle of your choice.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”How do I check pre-existing damages?”][vc_column_text]Checking the condition of the vehicle is highly recommended when picking up the car; specifically, the driver must ensure that the conditions of the vehicle are in line with the <\/span>description <\/b>of the same loaded by the owner. In the event of pre-existing damage not identified at the time of the check, the driver will take care of reporting the damage to the Volvero team via the app. The Volvero team will check the pre-existence of the damage and guide the user in the procedure.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Is it possible to use a vehicle to go abroad?”][vc_column_text]Volvero doesn\u2019t impose geographical or territorial limits, and it is possible to go all around Europe as long as the owner <\/span>allows<\/b> taking their vehicle abroad, and the <\/span>timing <\/b>is respected. <\/span>You <\/span>cannot <\/b>go abroad in case the owner doesn\u2019t allow international travels with their vehicle.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”How do I get a free ride?”][vc_column_text]After you did your first ride with Volvero send us a message with <\/span>FREERIDE <\/b>via Instagram DMs or at <\/span>info@volvero.com<\/span>. You can use your free ride until the <\/span>20th of May, 2022<\/b>.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”How is my refund processed?”][vc_column_text]The refund is processed as soon as all verifications from Volvero are carried out, any necessary deductions will be communicated to the driver. They must have been registered in Belgium within the last 15 years and regularly insured with the compulsory third party liability coverage.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”How can I share my vehicle on the app?”][vc_column_text]If you want to register as an Owner, it is necessary to enter the data related to your driving license, tax code, and preferred form of payment. You will then need to register your vehicle and provide your existing insurance and the basic information to complete the vehicle card. Do not forget to honestly mention the existing flaws your vehicle has.
